To ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment, we kindly ask all clients to discontinue use of retinoids 2 weeks prior to your treatment. Any manual or chemical exfoliants cannot be used within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Prior to your visit, please make sure your hair is 1/4-1/2 inches. Estheticians will perform an analysis to check for further contraindications (skin disorders, moles, varicose veins, eczema, etc.) in order to determine if the client is a candidate to receive such treatment.

Please note: If you arrive for your appointment with any of the above conditions or contraindications, we will not be able to proceed with your service for your safety. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply, and you may be charged for the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
