Indulge, relax, and be pampered at Fresno's Day Spa, Muses Spa and Wellness. We are a full service spa and salon offering massage, skin and body treatments, pedicures, manicures, make-up, and hair services. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will cater to the specific needs of our clientele to ensure each experience is relaxing and unique. With our exclusive Vichy Shower, our couples massage suite, and our men's and women's relaxation rooms, we tailor each visit to your individual needs, creating the ultimate spa experience.

Payment Types: Muses Day Spa accepts Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

We do not currently accept Apple Pay.

All payments must be made at the time of service, or over the phone in advance.

Cancellation & Booking Policy: We reserve our time and products for you when you book an appointment. We require a 48-hour notice on all cancellations before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service. If you “No Show” your appointment, there is a 100% charge of your total service. Due to the policy, we do require a form of payment on file. Repeat "No Show" clients will no longer be able to book appointments any further than two days prior.

We ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or have any flu-like symptoms. The cancellation fee will be waived as long as the appointment is rescheduled within two weeks of the canceled appointment at the time of cancellation. Anyone who arrives experiencing symptoms will be asked to reschedule.

Arrival Guidelines: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment. This will allow time to fill out all necessary paperwork and relax in our lounge. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment we will have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest; if more than 15 minutes late, we will no longer be able to accommodate such an appointment and the cancellation fee will come into effect.

Minimum Age: Spa guests are required to be at least 16 years of age to receive treatments or utilize the spa facilities, with the exception of the Youth Facial (ages 12-15). *All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and have their consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

Massages During Pregnancy: Per ADA guidelines, all clients must be out of their first trimester to receive a massage. Prenatal massages are offered in 30 or 60-minute sessions. *Please consult your doctor before receiving your massage. A doctor’s note will be required if there are any high-risk factors, or to receive a longer prenatal massage.

Cell Phone Etiquette: Please respect our tranquil environment and silence your cell phones while visiting us. Refraining from phone conversations in consideration of other guests is greatly appreciated.

Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for personal items in each of our client lounges to use during your visit. Please make sure to take all belongings with you. Muses is not responsible for any items left behind or unattended.

Purchase Policy: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund. Opened items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable. Misplaced gift cards will not be redeemable.

Prices: All prices are subject to change and are up to our discretion.
